โรงงานผลิตรถยนต์ที่จ.ระยองถือเป็นโรงงานผลิตรถยนต์แบบเต็มรูปแบบในต่างประเทศแห่งที่ 3 ของเกรท วอลล์ มอเตอร์ ซึ่งเกรท วอลล์ มอเตอร์จะทำการขยายตลาดไปทั่วภูมิภาคอาเซียนโดยมีประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางการผลิตและส่งออกไปยังประเทศต่างๆ ในภูมิภาคอาเซียนและออสเตรเลีย

Rayong Plant is GWM s third overseas full-process vehicle plant. Great Wall Motors will expand through the entire ASEAN region with Thailand as the center, and export its products to other ASEAN countries as well as Australia.

1. Be responsible for establishing channels, processes and mechanisms for obtaining quality information from other overseas markets in the ASEAN region;
2. Be responsible for the project establishment, deployment, improvement monitoring and promotion of quality problems in the Malaysian market, and KPI performance analysis and control;
3. Be responsible for the promotion of major quality events, including the control of batch, recall and return events;
4. Quality public opinion control: be responsible for monitoring the public media, we media and other public opinion information in the Malaysian market, mining the negative quality public opinion related to customer complaints and network exposure, identifying major risk public opinion events, predicting the development trend of public opinion events through on-site investigation, big data analysis and other methods, coordinating and coordinating resources to carry out market public opinion response control.
