Responsibilities:
Contact customer and cooperate with the other department ( reservation, transportation and customs clearance)
1. Contact customer to get cargo information. When receive invoice and packing list must check cnee name, trade term and destination for do the space reservation and confirm to customer.
2. Create HAWB into Daily planing and UFS
3. Cooperate with transportation team for pick up cargo as customer ''s instruction and with customs clearance team then send HAWB for have customer checking and confirmation.
4. Send Pre-alert to destination office and attach shipping document.
