ตำแหน่งงาน Document Manager (Container/Shipping)
Job Duties:
• Ensure business documents record the daily activity of a company, specifications and Contract all need to convey the correct information in a readable format.
• Templates and writing standards are usually created by a business to ensure clear and Correct communications with business partners, customers, vendors and between dept.
• Identify the document requirement which receive from Principal to meet goals and then Creating those documents according to company standards.
• Responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of documentation standards.
• To assist to implement a document management software system.
Qualifications:
• Male/ Female, not over 45 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Admin, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 10 years experiences in document, preferred in Shipping, Freight Forwarding or service industry.
• Has knowledge of Container/Shipping Line (products and services).
• Good command of English.
• Computer Literacy.
• Possess good communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong team player.
