Responsibilities / Job Description :
- Gather requirements process from business and users.
- Interacting with end users on clarifying requirements and issues.
- Providing possibilities of the solutions /options on the issues encountered to end users.
- Undertake end-to-end business workflow, data flow diagram, system / application?s specifications, and system design.
- Working with system analyst / developer to access changes and implementations.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Performing System Integration Testing and coordinating User Acceptance Test with users.
- Handle and conduct user documentation and user training.
