| Obligation |
Set up Safety Plan, safety rule , regulation, work instruction , risk assessment and aspect.
- To ensure the company compliance with safety law, rule and regulation.
- Preparing a various of Safety, Health & Environment reports for submission to various government
- Implementing Safety & Health system in accordance with our client and ISO Standard requirements.
- Executing yearly plan of Safety & Health activities and manage all activities achieve as plan.
- To supervise safety system as a professional safety level.
- Perform accident investigation, report, record and analysis.
- Monitor and audit hot work permit, contractor safe work permit, PPE usage.
- Monitor both annual health check up item and the check up result must comply with Safety Law.
- Preparing, coordinating and providing training relating to Emergency Drills and knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment for all employees.
- Coordinate with government & vendor on issues related to EHS.
- Organising and leading the factory Safety & Health committee.
- Executing and review of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) which be used in the factory to be up to date and accuracy purpose.
- To support the activities concerning safety
- Organize and conduct the safety training for all employees according to increasing the safety awareness and regulation requirement.
- To follow up the implementation of safety activities to be in line with the plan.
- The chemical used safely train to factory line leader.
- Preparing, coordinating and providing training relating of Forklift basic driver and set up forklift?s driver license control.
- To maintain the ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001 , TIS 18001 system.
- Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for Subcontractor.
