Responsibilities:
• To perform the helpdesk activities for MIS Team via e-Helpdesk application.
• To prepare and control all IT Fixed Asset in FSBT, for example, purchase the PC/NB for FSBT new staff, provide the IT Fixed Assets for FSBT staff, to manage the Write-off IT Fixed Asset, to record and updated IT Fixed Asset Database, etc.
• To assist in providing the IT services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related fields
• Experienced and knowledge in: Microsoft Windows OS - Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 etc. Microsoft Office - especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc.
• Knowledge in programming would be an advantage
• Good command of English
