HRIS Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Increase HR operational effectiveness and efficiency by leveraging, automating, streamlining and enhancing the HR work processes via the system
• Closely works with HR system owners to analyze and manage the continuing development and enhancement of the HR system
• Acts as trouble shooter and escalation point for day-to-day technical issues or complex system issues raised by the HR system owners and end users
• Insures integrity of the HR data and proper reporting of the data
• Runs reports that highlight specific information as required by the business
• On-going maintains, enters key updates, and oversees the system to ensure quality,
timeliness and proper use of the HR portal and information
• Ensures security of HR information through established security protocol
• Responds to online inquiries by end users and keeps track of those issues for better
improving the system use
• Develops training and documentation of the system use for HR system owners and end users
• Researches new techniques in the development of systems and maintains knowledge of current trends and strategies in technology fields relating to HRIS.


• Thai National, Male/Female
• Bachelor degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related fields
• Direct working experience in implementing HRIS projects in corporate environment
• Independent with results driven
• Leadership and project management skill
