Head of Human Resource Division




Purpose:

• To plan, manage and supervisor on-going human resource procedures and activities
• To ensure that all related tasks are performed and carried out effectively
• This position requires discretion to work with confidential and sensitive issues on a regular basis

Qualification:

• Equivalent to Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resource, business administrative or closely related field
• Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible work experience in human resource management including 2 years in supervisory level
• Experience with word software, and other required programs is required


Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement human resource procedures and activities in accordance with Corporate Finance and Administration Department strategies, objectives and policies
• Review and report areas of employees’ performance, attitudes and morale to Corporate Finance and Administration Department and ensure that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions
• Prepare and maintain a variety of human resource reports, records and flies including statistical charts and graphs for reports and maintain record of work accomplishments
• Review and compare company compensation and benefit policies and position grading to comparable organizations and recommend for adjustments
