Job Description:

• Production Planning:
o Be able to plan and control production plan for accurate production result
o Be able to plan the accurate usage of production resources 
• Production Control:
o Be able to schedule the production plan
o Be able to control and check production processes
o Be able to solve any technical problem and any related problem concern in production processes
• Quality Control:
o Be able to plan for quality control
o Be able to set the quality standard for production processes
• Employee Development:
o Be able to develop the employee in control
o Be able to evaluate the development of employees in control

Qualification:

• Male, age 38 - 45 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Production
• Minimum 3 years experiences in metal work, Production Manager or Factory Manager. (if you have experiences in production control of electrical switchboard would be an advantage)
• Be able to plan, control, and check for all production processes including can guarantee the product quality to meet the standard and customer requirements for cost, quality, quantity, and delivery time
• Be able to work under pressure with limited time
• Be able to confront and solve any problem
• Be able to control multi-level and large group of employees in control
• Be able to understand a design drawing (if you can understand a drawing of electrical switchboard would be an advantage)
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Has good interpersonal skill, enthusiastically, good team player, and good leadership
