ตำแหน่งงาน Test Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To be the technical owner for the test program, and the local expert
• Develop the test program and hardware development for prototype debugging
• Provide a test solution within the target time to market and enabling rapid time to volume
• Support product qualification, characterization and release on ATE, e.g. temperature characterization, correlation, R&R (MSC), etc.
• Drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement as quickly as possible, including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, etc.
