Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & convert new spa treatments
- Review and develop treatment menus
- Conduct regular business analysis and development opportunities
- Conduct all therapist training
- Provide support and tools to Spa Director & Spa Manager to boost up-selling/retail opportunities
- Oversee development of all new treatment protocols and training materials
- Collaborate with formulation team to develop new or signature treatments
- Liaise with marketing team on new product / treatment roll-outs and in-spa merchandising
- Attend relevant trade exhibitions/seminars to keep on top of industry trends
Other Job Specification/Responsibilities:
- Able to understand and interpret Infinity Spas Company values
- Be a professional mentor and leader to all staff members
- Coordinate with the HR Manager to create performance benchmarks for consistent measurement and evaluation of competencies across departments.
- Works closely with management to identify and develop high potential Team Members.
- Adheres to policies, and delivers all responsibilities in accordance with Spa by Infinity Spa brand standards.
- Reports any incident and/or accident immediately to management.
- Performs all services that meet the established guidelines for that type of service offering that fulfill guest expectations; based on current certifications.
- Keeps up on inventory and notifies Spa Director of product needs.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum of 5 years teaching/coaching experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Thai)
Self Motivated & Organization Skills
Knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resource functions.
Ability to create curriculum and productive training sessions
Previous experience in beauty services eg: massage, nail technician, threading, waxing, or facial services
Must have and maintain all licenses related to the job
