Responsibility: Responsible for overall human resource administrative activities such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Relation, Payroll. This position also requires providing assistances and supports to Head of Human Resource in preperation for development of Human Resource Strategy Qualification: 1. Male or Female age between 23-26 year 2. Graduated bachelor degree in human resource management, political science, organizational development, psychology or other related filed 3. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill 4. Having an self-achievement drive and able to work without closely supervision and 5. Good command of english is preferrable 6. Good computer literacy such as Microsoft Office Program
