Responsibilities:
• Developing the training plan in order to serve customer requirement.
• Conduct training need analysis, plan, execute and assess the program and also initiate necessary actions to ensure training effectiveness.
• Handle in educational assistance program to meet career path development objectives.
• Manage Employee relations in order to drive trust between the company & employees and also improve employee engagement
• To implement the corporate initiative programs such as Talent Management (coaching & feedback), Talent & Leadership Review (TLR), career development system in line with the company and corporate strategies
• Manage the training section of the HR Division according to all company’s Policy & Procedures
• Develop a training system and program where each individual team has a specific program of training geared to his/her particular job that undertaken within the year and which can be monitored effectively in order to be linked to an achievement of the service and operation.
• Lead the special assignment projects.
• Working with corporate HR on Human Resource Development program.
• Responsible for employee engagement plan and implementation.
Qualifications:
• Master''s Degree in Human Resource Development, Organize Development or related filed, with minimum 10 years working experience in HROD, HRD
• Knowledge of the theories, concepts and practices of organizational development.
• Methods and procedures in developing and implementing organizational effectiveness and leadership development programs.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, problem solving, time management, leadership skill
• Ability to deal with all employees levels, human relations skill
• Knowledge in training tools
• Be analytical and creative
• Be able to work under pressure
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
